In which my daughter and I discuss Manure World
Me: [Referring to Maggie's imaginary character Danni and Danni's father, who is "stupid, even though he wears glasses."] Why are they going to Manure World?
Maggie: Sometimes men might like manure.
Me: Why would men like manure?
Maggie: Well, Danni's dad is strange that way.
Me: So - he also took her to SportsSock Fest?
Maggie: Yeah. USED Sports Sock. People USE. Those. Socks.
Me: They do?
Maggie: Yeah. And people feet are stinky.
Me: People feet ARE stinky. There's no two ways about that.
Maggie: Each time they enter Manure World, guess what Danni thinks?
Me: What?
Maggie: WTF am I doin' here? [Note: Maggie actually said WTF, not the words attached to those letters.]
Me: [Laughing] You know what? I think anybody entering Manure World would think that.
Maggie: Do you wanna know what else she thought?
Me: What?
Maggie: 'I'm a girl! I don't belong in Manure World!'
Me: I BET she thought that.
Maggie: And she made a confused face and then she coughed out 10 hair balls and then threw up.
