1. HOW DOES MY SUBSCRIPTION WORK?
(just pay $1 for shipping/handling plus any applicable sales tax). After that, you'll receive deliveries of 60 lenses every 28 days, for $39. There will be a $3 shipping/handling charge for each delivery. Your card will be charged each time your lenses are shipped, and you can cancel at any time, up until we charge your card and ship your lenses.
2. I DON'T WEAR CONTACT LENSES EVERY DAY. CAN I GET SHIPMENTS LESS FREQUENTLY?
Definitely. After you set up your subscription, you may change how frequently you receive shipments.
3. WILL MY SUBSCRIPTION JUST STOP WHEN MY PRESCRIPTION EXPIRES?
It depends. We may reach out to your eye care provider, which helps us determine whether we can continue your subscription. In that case, we will check in with you first. In addition, you can also provide us with a copy of your updated prescription, or reach out to us at [email protected] if you would like to renew your prescription online and we can refer you to an online vision test.
If you do not provide us with a copy of your prescription, there is a chance that you may order and receive contact lenses other than those you were prescribed.
4. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY
Hubble doesn't accept returns, but please don't let that stop you from getting in touch about any issue with your order! (Particularly if we made a mistake, which we work hard to avoid, but can happen every now and again.) Reach out by phone or email and we'll be more than happy to figure out a solution right away. :)
5. WHEN WILL MY FIRST PAID ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Your first paid order will be shipped 16 days after your initial two week order is placed. It may take a few days for us to contact your doctor before we ship your order, so orders placed on Friday and over the weekend will not ship until the following week.
6. WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PRESCRIPTION CHANGES?

8. MAY I CANCEL MY SUBSCIPTION?
Yes, of course! You're in the driver's seat, so just let us know. Did you know you can also make your Hubble subscription work better for you by delaying upcoming shipments or changing your order cadence? You can do so from your user profile. The best way to cancel your subscription is through your user profile.
