How shipping and delivery works
Before each shipment gets processed, you will receive an email with your most recent recommendations and the deadline for approving, modifying, or postponing your next shipment.
There are many ways to customize and utilize your membership.
- Shipment size: Downgrade or upgrade between 6-12 bottle shipments at any time
- Wine color: Just pick how many color wine you would like
- Wine Price: Premium bottles can be upgraded up to three per shipment
- Wine regions: Choosing between US(domestic), outside the US(imported),or both
- Shipment frequency: Shipments are every 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, or 12 weeks (default is 4 week)
- One-off shipment scheduling: When your preview email with your ship date arrives, you can choose to move it. This is especially helpful if you are traveling on vacation. You can reschedule the date for any time during the next three months. On the day you specify, your regular shipment schedule will resume. The shipping date is when the order is processed, not when it arrives.
- Managing your info: Your personal details like your address and credit card info online is easy to manage.
- Delivery or pickup: Someone over 21 must be home to receive delivery. If there isn’t anyone over 21, set up a FedEx pick-up location instead of your home or office before your order ships.
