When you join Splendid Spoon, you start with a plan to customize: breakfast, lunch, breakfast AND lunch, or breakfast lunch AND dinner. You will receive 5 days of meals each week regardless of the plan you choose; Breakfasts will be a bottled smoothie of  your liking, lunch choices are: soups or bowls, and dinners could be another soup or bowl. The options are endless.
